Reviews for Harbor Hideaway Marina
Small facility for small boats only., 2014-03-17
Captain: , Port Richey (32)

We used the marina for launching, parking and retrieving our MacGregor 26M between 3/14 and 3/17 but had to time high tide both times. Launching and parking are $10/day, there is a concrete ramp and paved parking.
We will not use this facility again because the shallow ramp-angle made it extremely difficult to get off and back onto the trailer, even for our low draft boat.
There is no washdown hose and the short landing docks on both sides of the ramp have no cleats to easily tie the boat while getting the trailer.
Using this ramp boaters need to be aware of the very shallow pass and in the channels must keep the houses close to port, and read the water exiting the pass.
