Reviews for Frenchman's Bay Marina
Forced overnight, 2011-05-26
Captain: , Picton, ON (270)

I was forced due to weather to port here for what I had thought was a night which became 3 nights, they were awsome, gave me the first night free and then charged me an easy 50.00 for the next two nights, power and water at the slip, the little business section was great, an easy walk up to the main shopping mall and all the provisions needed. This is a great place to have to pull into, remember to stay to the east side when entering or exiting, the center is way to shallow and you'll get hung up, the current can be tricky if your not ready for it so keep ready on the throttle

Great Washrooms, Poor Dockage, 2010-06-27
Captain: , Cobourg, Ontario, Cdn (122)

Washrooms facilities, recently rebuilt and as nice as you%u2019ll find anywhere. The docks however have seen better days. Some of the wood is dangerously rotting and while they are in the process of repairing these, the structure itself is less than stellar.
The bay is very sheltered, a great anchorage and a quiet, pretty spot to spend the day. A variety of several small stores within walking distance, but groceries or hardware shopping is not accessible without the recruitment of a taxi. No fuel available at any of the 3 Marinas in this area.

Okay spot to stay, 2009-08-19
Captain: , Newcastle Ontario (102)

You are given members slips while they are away and they offer yacht club members reciprocals.
Docks are not the greatest and very unsteady. Great washroom/shower facilities.
Short walk to restaurants and shops
