Reviews for Four Fish Marina
Great people, 2017-01-15
Captain: , new rochelle ny (50)

Have an 18 foot boat in rack storage for winter. John, Susan, and the whole staff are terrific! Extremely accommodating and seem to really care about the customer. So far an excellent experience

Bottom Job, 2016-01-09
Captain: , Fort worth (202)

He charged me $6100. Shame on me.
2 bottom coats, prop speed on running gear and a 350 prop job. What a deal!!!!

A working marina, 2013-07-27
Captain: , Anna Maria Island (573)

We love Jenson Beach and Four Fish is a wonderful access to Jenson Beach. A full service working marina with walking distance to downtown Jenson Beach. An unbelivable farmers market within eyesight of the marina. Be sure to ask about the awesome micro brew pub by the car wash so worth the drive

excellent small marina, 2013-06-04
Captain: , Sarasota FL (60)

Friendly staff. Easy in and out. Wide slips. Limited shopping nearby. Clean, nicely tended grounds. Sturdy and long fixed piers.

Should be able to rate it 6 Stars, 2013-05-21

Had repair work done here (had to ahve boat lifted out - shaft seal failed). These guys were great and took great care of us. Our forty footer fit in slip easy and driving it to the lift was easy. Staff not ony just fixed the problem, but took extra care to make sure it was done better than right. Pizza place acrsoo the street is good, farmer's market up the road a short distance is very nice, and the little motel is there for you if you can not stay on boat. While some say this is not a transient marina, we disagree, unless you are looking for amenties and resort-type stuff. Jensen Beach, downtown, is a little over a mile walk, but it is a really neat place to go. If you bike, then that makes this marina a very good transient place. The drawback of no showers is minimal. The noise reported from traffic and trains is there, but it is no worse than other marinas that have loud bands, trains (Manatee Pocket/St. Lucie River marinas for example). Security is great. Basin is more protected than most ICW marinas in this part of FLA

Understand What You Get, 2013-04-21

This is a working marina and not a resort marina. You come here to get exceptional work done on your boat. Not really a transient place. If you are looking for a resort marina with amenities, then this is not your place. If you need something done on your boat then this is the place to go to. Traffic and train noise can be loud but the marina is secure and the fairways and slips are large. Fantastic farmers market a short walk away. I will return annually for my yearly maintanance to this place. They do excellent work at a fair price. Good people.

Nice Clean Marina, 2013-02-04
Captain: , Palmetto (422)

The Marina is clean and well maintained. The traffic noise and limited restroom facilities are drawbacks for this location.

Dissapointed, 2012-12-16
Captain: , Wilsonville, AL (474)

After reading the two previous reviews I was expecting something quite different than I got. The harbor, although appearing to be wake-proof was quite rolly from wakes coming in the inlet. There is one unisex bathroom (no shower) that you can only access by leaving the marina onto the street. The charge for electricity was $10 per night. According to the owner there is no Boat/US discount on dockage as stated on previous reviews. I can't comment on the pizza restaurant since it was closed while I was there.

Nice stopover, 2012-06-30
Captain: , St. Petersburg FL (187)

We stayed here for a couple of nights, waiting for the St. Lucie lock to open. Very nice docks (fixed), wide slips, long finger piers. Helpful, friendly staff. A nice change from Manatee Pocket marinas. Motel across the street make it convenient for family & friends to visit. Jack & Tony's Pizza across the street serves up GREAT pizza. Shops & restaurants are a mile north. Jan's Place has EXCELLENT food (main street through Jensen Beach) Publix is just west of that. No showers.

I found a great little gem, 2011-02-18

A really nice, small marina with a hotel. Debbie was very nice and very helpful. She gave me a floating dock for my small (25') boat and set me up with a really nice room. Everyone at the marina was nice. Room was in good shape and had a full kitchen. There was a small pizza place a block away and a very large restaurant about a 10 minute walk away. I will try to get back here again.
