Notes

The Fort Worth Boat Club (FWBC) is located on the shores of beautiful Eagle Mountain Lake, a 9,200-acre recreational lake in North Texas. One of the oldest yacht clubs in Texas, the FWBC was established in 1929 by a group of businessmen who simply wanted to sail. Today the club is still dedicated to the promotion of sailing and recreational boating. Many members participate in national and international regattas annually.

Reviews for Fort Worth Boat Club
THE Sailing Club for Eagle Mtn Lake., 2014-09-11
Captain: , Fort Worth (179)

Cliquish and typical atmosphere of a private facility.

Fort Worth Boat Club, 2012-05-01
Captain: , Eagle Mountain Lake (259)

This is the premiere sailing location on the lake. The club dates from 1929 and has a long, rich history of events and regattas. If you're really a serious sailor, this is THE place to be on Eagle Mountain Lake. The facilities are very nice, food is excellent, the "yacht club" atmosphere is fun, not stuffy. Many events are open to all and are a great chance to visit the club, meet memebers, and see if it's somewhere you fit in.
