Additional info: Nice docks, 12 slips plus T-head. Very shallow! Mostly for smaller powerboats and for sailboats with Centerboards or swing keels. Outer slips will have two feet at MLLW, except in winter / sustained North winds, when it will be shallower. Inner docks will be less. Can be crowded on holiday weekends. Deeper draft vessels should check the big municipal T-Dock about 150 yards NW.

Other info: No official restrictions, but above is near practical limit, see earlier comments re: rather shallow, mostly small powerboat and CB or Swing Keel sailboats.

Transient: 12
Total: 12
Transient price: $0.00/ft (2011-03-08)

Other price info: However, The "Quietwater Beach" anchorage is great. Larger boats (who intend to be customers of Flounder's Restaunt) can anchor out and use the inner pier (or the actual beach) as a dinghy dock.

Every kind of tourist shopping establishment imaginable. In the mornings, Flounders is closed but there are several small (and at least one large) restaurants within a 3-block walk.

Remember that this is Flounder's dock for their patrons. These are good folks with good food so it makes sense to support them if you are going to use their dock.

Sucks. the wait staff has no idea of dock depth, 2016-01-17

iIf you are going to Brunch, dinghy over to Hemingway's instead. the bottomless champagne at Hemingway's includes the OJ and cranberry for great mimosas. it's a side charge at Flounder's

Not worth your time and money., 2014-01-08

I live and sail in Pensacola. I've been to Flounders twice now in the last 5 years and I will NEVER go back. Although the location and anchorage is great, the food and service is just bad. Both times the drinks were VERY weak and the food was greasy and made with no love. We should have stayed on the boat and cooked lunch. Next time we will. Go to Peg Legs down the street. Much better food and drinks!

Good food and atmosphere., 2012-07-17

The restaurant has really good food and a great view. They have bottomless champagne during brunch on Sundays (~$6). For the kids there is a play area at the restaurant, so parents can dine outside and keep an eye on the kiddos. The dock is very shallow as mentioned in the main info section, but you can anchor and dinghy in.

We took the dingy here for lunch. The food was good. This is a very casual spot with activities for the kids. It looks like it would have a band at night. The dock is a nice fixed pier with slips for small boats. Very shallow draft, and I would not recommend docking unless in an outboard. There is a convenience store next door.
