Reviews for East Greenwich Yacht Club
Late July 2013 Visit, 2016-07-31
Captain: , Fairhaven MA (446)

This is a very well organized full service Yacht Club. Strongly suggest visiting their website if a transient. They do offer reciprical privileges to other certified yacht club members . In the immediate vicinity are about all ther restaurants and services a cruiser would desire. Note the 09 per foot transient price noted. This is a mistake as I know my 40 boat would not be $ 1560 per night !

Here is a link to a blog (with pictures), which discusses why East Greenwich is a must-visit for those exploring Narragansett Bay:

Nice Facilities and mooring field, 2014-07-21
Captain: , Wantagh NY (581)

Nicely located to town, large mooring field and sizable marina. We were original told getting a slip or mooring is not a problem, but when we arrived it appeared they were not as accepting, eventually they gave us a mooring, nice deep water location and clean bathrooms ($20 key deposit, refundable). If it wasn't for the not so welcome reception I would have rated higher.

Got Fuel here, 2010-06-07
Captain: , East Greenwich, RI (588)

I purchased fuel here today for the tender. $3.35 a gallon 89 octane. It is Shell brand gas

East Greenwich YC, 2007-03-30
Captain: , Apponaug R.I. (768)

I have been a member here for several years. This is the finest YC i've ever been associated with. Transients are escorted to guest moorings by the club launch. My experience at other places has been I'm given a mooring number & have to find it myself.
