Reviews for Eagle Harbor State Dock
Eagle Harbor State Dock, 2011-04-10
Captain: , Hammond Bay (1841)

This harbor entrance should be avoided in large seas or limited visability. When entering identify the two range markers and keep them on line as there is not a lot of extra room in the entry. There are old submerged breakwalls and rocks that marked the channel years ago. If you are a deep draft boat you may not be able to get to the wall for a tie up. Anchoring options are also limited. The town, what remains of it, is across the bay. A few years back this town was much more vibrant.
