Reviews for Commodore Yacht Club
safe and secure , 2016-09-13

This marina has roughly 9 transient T head spots. Cost with boat US is $.75 per foot. $10 for pump out. Supply both gas and deisel. Free laundry in ladies room. $1 beer on tap n party room along with free ice and big screen TV. Party room is very large with both fan and AC. Easy access to Walmart and their major stores and chain restaurants. Enterprise rent a car very close. Marina staff is willing to give a ride. No restaurant or pool but great quiet and secure location

Great stop on the way to Nashville, 2015-10-05
Captain: , Ennismore (50)

This is a great Marina for only .50 cent a foot and free laundry. All cleaned up and ready for Nashville.

harbor master could not have been any more helpful, cub members there treated me as I was one of them. Entry was just over 4ft. in places as river was low when I came in. A call to Ron before entering can give up to date info.

Great Stop, Cheap and Friendly, 2014-08-03
Captain: , Punta Gorda FL (1709)

The members of this yacht club are great. They keep a keg cold on tap and berr is $1 per 16 oz cup. very helpful with local knowledge. Mike is the harbor master. Falicites are clean and up to date. Enterprise will deliver a rent a car to you here. 20 minutes to downtown. Groceries a short drive. west marine will deliver parts to you here if needed. Only reason for not getting 5 stars is they have carp that eat the growth on their floats under the docks. They are loud at night and can keep you up. If you have a clorine tablet and a minnow bucket drop it in the water around your boat and carp will go elsewhere.

Best Option for Nashville, 2011-10-17
Captain: , St. Augustine, FL (4015)

Friendly, helpful staff make this a good stop. We also found one spot to be 5.5 to 6.0 deep in the narrow entrance, but it is doable. There are no marinas close to Nashville, so the decision is to find a secure, protected marina, with clean, full power and a helpful staff. Commodore Yacht Club fills the bill. A yacht club membership is not required.

YACHT CLUB -narrow entrance, 2008-06-08
Captain: , Absarokee Mt (1228)

Very nice docks, will accept transients. Has fuel-pumpouts , no services tues and wed. or before 9 am or 6 pm. Narrow entrance, turn in just downstream of concrete structure on bank, go in at 90 degrees to river center line, hug starboard bank until past rock shelf. Local knowledge told me underwater rock extends out from rock shelf about 5 ft. May be shallow at entrance, we indicated 5.5 ft. deepens as you go in to 8-10 ft.
