Reviews for Cold Spring Boat Club
Bring your fenders, 2014-07-31
Captain: , Islamorada, Florida (262)

A really nice spot to stop. Cold Spings is a lovely, quaint village. Short walk to town from club. Nice restuarants and shopping. The only problem are the wakes. They can be horrendous, especially on weekends when boat traffic is heavy. Make sure you have some good fenders aboard!

Anchoring and docking dinguy at face docks, 2014-03-20
Captain: , Willsboro Bay Marina (2401)

Transcient boats of 30 feet or less are welcome at their face docks. Very friendly members. Nice Village to visit. Anchored our 40 feet trawler in front of Boat Club in 36 feet of water.

Good holding and managed the tides well. Really enjoyed our stay, the scenery and the friendlyness of Boat Club members.

What a friendly place, 2013-08-01
Captain: , Croton-on-Hudson (30)

Simply sign in (if you're less than 25'), the folks are lovely. Take a walk to the Main Street, taking tunnel under the Metro North tracks. Greatnchoices for eating or buying antiques!

Great place to make a stop, 2013-07-23
Captain: , haverstraw (191)

Walking distance to food, ice cream and some other shops. Free docking for 30' and under but must pay for over night.

Cold spring great stop, 2013-06-29
Captain: , Key Biscayne FL (3049)

We stopped at the municipal dock and tied up for a few hours. Anchoring and using dinghy to boat club is a good alternative. We took the free weekend trolley to Boscobel restoration. Interesting main st with lots of shopping. Train station for NYC is very convenient. Two ice cream shops.
