Reviews for Cascade Locks Marina
Great stop, park like setting, 2016-09-23
Captain: , Dover NH (86)

This was one of our favorite stops along the Columbia River. We stayed at the transient dock, free for 72 hours. Floating concrete docks with a bull-rail tie. We saw 9 feet of water at the entrance and at the dock. No power and no water. Pump-out station is available. Easy walk into town with a small grocery store and plenty of burger restaurants. Fresh netted salmon is available along the road-side or try the Brigham fish market for fresh or smoked fish. The Thunder Island Brewery is close-by with excellent beer and food and a great view of the river.

Excellent small marina, 2016-06-23

If a slip is vacant, the rent is reasonable and you get a key to the gate and the pass code for the showers. The showers are very clean, free, hot water is plentiful. It is a 15 minute walk to the campground. There is water and electric in the slips.

Transient dock is free, no power, no water, no gate.

Pat the volunteer dockmaster lives aboard in the marina. He does an excellent job on maintenance, is available to take lines, and is helpful in a number of ways.

The food at the brew pub is outstanding. The old locks and the museum are very interesting.

Perfect location and amenities., 2016-05-10

Perfect destination aftet a days cruise from Portland. Thunder mountain pub down the street has excellent beer and food.

There is 160' of transient dockage on west side, other docks are gated. Ok for our 48' Sabre.

This cute little pocket marina provides a good overnight stop for small to medium cruising boats. The transient dock is free for 72 hours, no power. Our Nordhavn 46 could barely dock there without blocking the fairway. But it is a worthwhile stop with interesting parks and a pleasant small village.
