Reviews for Captiva Island Yacht Club
Great Food & Frendly People, 2015-07-19
Captain: , Palmetto, Fl (145)

We went here to eat while we were at tween waters. The staff is extremly friendly and the food is excellent. Service was top notch and we would definetly go there again.

Small but good food, 2013-04-03
Captain: , Anna Maria, FL (165)

This is a very small marina with only 4 shallow slips. I was on the hard during evening low tide (draw 4'). They only responded via telephone. On request they sent someone down to tell me which slip to use and to offer very minimal assistance. Heads and showers are nice. Dining room was busy, and we had terrific service and food. The voyage up the channel was very scenic.

Nice club for short visits, 2010-05-01
Captain: , Ft. Myers (376)

FCYC club with four slips. One LOA 43', one LOA 40' and two mid 30's. The new non floating docks are perpndicular to the shore with the largest, #4, southmost. You are required to dock bow first because of shallow water. The finger piers are long enough to allow for easy boarding. Narrow slips but well padded. No dockmaster, but in a pinch someone will come down to help. They say that they monitor VHF, but a telephone call is better. Reseravations a must because it is a handy stopover between Ft. Myers and Sarasota. The food is usually very good although we had one not so good meal out of four. Reservations are mandatory for dinner. Captiva Island is billionaire country. Pricy shops and mansions. The club is next door to Tween Waters Resort & Marina which has a very large and popular pool bar.The island is also home to the famous South Seas Planation Resort.
