Reviews for Cala Ratjada
Busy spot, nice marina, 2016-08-06
Captain: , Sotogrande (34)

We arrived late in bad weather and were directed to the waiting dock as the place was packed. Not a great spot even with northerlies due to swell. Better to be inside the marina behind the breakwater. The dock master was rude and shouted which didn't help the docking stern to in the dark with 20 knots and a swell but he calmed down eventually when he heard we had come from Sardinia and just wanted to rest. He was very pleasant later when we checked in. But the place is pretty and busy, lots of bars and restaurants. A bit noisy if you're sleeping on board. Good facilities. Very touristic.

Just an overnight stay, 2015-06-29

This is Ports IB mooring.
There is some surge from passing boats and using shock absorbers is necessary. Toilets and showers were is such a state that all on the yacht used yacht facilities. There was some work going on in women's toilet thus there is a hope for some improvement.
Visitors are allocated berths near the fuel station and drying fishing nets thus with the right wind one can smell the fuel or dead fish.
The wharf where the yachts are moored is very high thus one should go bow-in rather than stern-in. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
