Reviews for Brooksy Point Yacht Club
Great cruising community, 2015-04-11

Be sure to make the cookout/potluck here. VHF 71 for local cruisers net every morning.

REMARKABLY HELPFUL, 2013-02-14
Captain: , Little Rock (10)

Mike, the woner of Brooksey Point Marina came to my boat in the anchorage to invite me to a Valentines Day event at the Marina. I asked Mike if he knows anyone who I can haul up the mast to re-run my broken topping lift. He said he would return the next morning with someone for the job. He did and after a few hours we finally got it done. Mike refused to take any payment for this service but I generously tipped his helper who spent over an hour suspended in the bosuns chair at the top of the mast.

Not even being in a slip in his fine marina, Mike never the less gave me valuable assistance without which I would not have been able to continue on to Belize. I highly recommend Brooksey Point Marina.

A True Cruiser's Club!!, 2013-01-24
Captain: , Kemah, Texas (10)

This is our 2nd season at Brooksy's and we always have a great time there. Cruiser friendly, always lots to do & lots of fun! The marina has really good protection. They also provide a lot of services we need as cruisers. Mike & Lilo really go out of their way for you.

Best in the Bay Islands, 2013-01-23
Captain: , cape canaveral Florida USA (10)

This family owned business knows the needs of the cruising community. We can not say enough about the help and services that await the cruiser at Brooksy Point. A true service oriented marina for the cruising community all wrapped up in a very well protected deep draft bay. Free shuttle services, excellent security, WIFI,TV, laundry, showers, fuel and propane delivery, social events, excellent local knowledge, and a bilingual staff at your service. A place not be missed.

Home Away From Home, 2013-01-13
Captain: , Fond du Lac, WI (239)

We were club members both in Spring of 2012 and Winter of 2012/13. This is a wonderful famiy run marina and club for those that anchor out. Mike, Lilo, and staff know where and how to help you in almost any circumstance. The Club sponsored activities several times a week guarentee a friendly, relaxed and funfilled social experiance. Safety is of no concern and the facilities are continually being improved and updated. is is a very good place to call "Home".

A family affair!, 2013-01-12
Captain: , Oriental, NC (150)

We have been members of The Brooksy Point Yacht Club in 2011 and 2012 ... I can't say enough about the staff, the service, the activities and much more. Roatan is great but Brooksy is fantastic! There is nothing that Mike, Lilo and staff won't do for you. My family away from home. Terry and Barbara s/v Wind Whisperer

Best place to stay on Roatan for live aboard cruisers, 2013-01-09
Captain: , Lewes, DE (612)

The owners are friendly and helpful and can help you with your provisioning needs. While we were in the area this place had become the social center for visiting cruisers.

A Sailors Dream, 2012-03-23
Captain: , Clearwater, FL (70)

Mike and Lilu, the owners of Brooksy Point consistently go out of their way to assist the cruiser. Currently the marina has two side ties and the rest are med moors. 9' depth at the dock, metered electric and metered water. A van is provided every Saturday morning to take the cruisers to the grocery store and your groceries are carried to your dink or boat if your in the marina.

If your looking for a place to park the boat, this is it!!
