Additional info:

Approach

From Lake Huron: Approaching from Lake Huron, proceed under the Bluewater Bridge into the St. Clair River and you will pass the Point Edward Casino on your port side. In about 1/2 nautical mile you will see a red pencil buoy at the end of spit of land that juts into the river. Keeping the red marker on your port side, make a gradual turn around the south side of the buoy and you will be entering Bridgeview Marina through what is commonly referred to as the North Slip.

From Lake St. Clair: Traveling up the St. Clair River, you will pass by several refineries on your starboard side and as you near our harbour, you will see a disabled railroad lift bridge on the US shoreline at the entrance to Port Huron Michigan. To the north you will see a spit of land marked with a red buoy at the end. As you approach, keep the marker on your port side.

Reviews for Bridge Bridgeview Marina
Great service!, 2016-04-21
Captain: , Stuart, Florida (85)

Excellent friendly staff make us feel welcome every time we go even during winter storage. Ron Lake runs the marines services business and is a highly capable professional

A Good Experience, 2013-06-12
Captain: , Pittsburgh (513)

Good berth if a little short, helpful staff and on site facilities. Need a bike or cab to get to food market but nice area and park adjacent.
Power available 30 Amps

Marina 5/5 Fiberglass Shop 0/5 Mechanic Shop 5/5, 2012-03-17
Captain: , Point Edward (30)

I know this facility very well. The marina is set up for annual membership. The most popular transient marina is Sarnia Bay Marina just to the south. Both are run by the same management.

For annual membership, Bridgeview is the best choice in the region. There is a long standing focus on the customer here. 5/5.

The on-site but separately run fiberglass shop (T & M Marine, formerly Captain's Yachting) is a different story. They have a very long history of spottiy workmanship and negative billings surprises. Talking to long time locals yields many negative stories about dealing with them and in Bridgeview member reviews, T&M satisfaction scores are the lowest. They did work for me on three occasions. I found their workmanship to be just good enough and their communications and billing practices to be unacceptable. They survive in the region because many of their competitors are even worse.

Bridgeview Marine Services is a ships store and mechanics shop onsite. They are great to deal with. I use their services every year and find them to be extremely accommodating for my needs. Their ships store stocks the right stuff and the prices are competitive.

Nice folks but incredibly slow and inefficient service. It took 3 months to complete an engine overhaul. I will never return for any servicing.

Bridgeview Marina, 2011-04-03
Captain: , Hammond Bay (1841)

Stayed here once. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get in and out of and well protected. I do not remember the exact cost of the slip fees but they were resonable.

Excellent Marina!, 2011-02-23
Captain: , Sarnia, ON (11)

I have kept my boat at Bridgeview for more than ten years. The facilities are excellent (clean, sufficient, in good repair) and the people are wonderful. Marina customers are called "members" and the staff goes out of their way to make us happy. Every August the marina puts on a "member picnic," with grilled fish, burgers, salad and doorprizes for about 700 people.
