Reviews for Bradenton Yacht Club
Great Facility and Friendly staff, 2014-07-26
Captain: , St. Petersburg, FL (592)

Most transient boats side tie to the concrete sea wall in front of the club. Mere steps from the tiki bar and beautiful, cool pool. Very nice bathrooms and showers. Spots are limited so plan ahead. It usually fills up on weekends.

A Great Place!, 2013-08-14
Captain: , Palmetto, Fl (145)

As a member, this place is one of the best clubs in the area to hang out! Perfect View, great pool & Tiki Bar and the Staff is welcoming! If you have reciprocal privlidges, it should be on your list.

Membership perspective, 2011-07-11
Captain: , Terra Ceia Bay, Florida (60)

As a member of BYC, I have never had a problem getting fuel, tying up at the seawall, or getting help from any member of their staff.
Very active club with lots of reciprical clubs in the Florida area.

Great Place-Great People, 2011-01-13
Captain: , Riviera Dunes, FL (80)

Need to be a member of the Florida Yacht Council or guest of someone who is. If you are, make sure to stop by. Great pool, food and fuel. Plenty of transient dockage

Small and Tight, 2009-10-12
Captain: , Ft. Myers (376)

Narrow fairways and slips inside the basin make it a place of last resort. The small wall (5-6) boats is preferred. Ask for 50 amp power in three telephone calls prior to arrival and after squeezing into a small slip was offered 30 amps. Nearest 50 amp was three slips away so the attendents unplugged that boat and plugged me in. The club and food are very good. Docking situation will make me think hard before coming back. FCYC club.

Bradenton YC, 2007-06-28
Captain: , Belleair, Florida (91)

Member of Florida Council of Yacht Clubs. Reciprocal privileges with most clubs. Fuel, both gas and diesel.
Transient slips along wall provide good protection from winds and seas out of east and west. South winds pretty rocky.
