Reviews for Beaver Park Marina
Incompetent Maintenance Department, 2011-04-27
Captain: , Lorain (10)

Just got my boat back from Beaver Park Marina where I had it stored all winter. They took a work order from me in November to look at a small oil leak in the motor.

Finally got them to look at the boat in April. Took 4 phone calls and they lost the work order.

After looking at the motor for 5 minutes (literally), they wanted to charge me $420.00 for a new oil pump. Turns out I only needed new spark plugs. They then charged me $102.00 to get my boat back. Thank God I didn't have them do any work on the boat. They are completely incompetent at boat motor repair.

Had them look at a small leak in the boat. They were going to charge me $4000.00 to completely gut the boat to find the leak. STAY AWAY FROM BEAVER PARK!!!
