Reviews for Bayland Marina
Great Marina, 2016-12-01
Captain: , Spicewood, Texas (20)

Easy entry from the Houston Ship Channel just South of The Fred Hartmann Bridge. New concrete floating docks on tall pilings. No wave action, no wakes and no surge from passing ships. No road noise from Hwy 146.
Helpful, friendly, accomodating staff.
Clean, fresh facilities and grounds.
Marina full of friendly boaters.

A very good new marina, 2016-07-30
Captain: , Houston TX (52)

I've been in here almost 2 months. This is newly rebuilt marina with decent facilities for almost half the price of the clear lake area. Fuel and pumpout. Gated docks with combo lock and 3 showers/toilets (very clean) with laundry facilities. It's right next to a beautiful park. The marina is owned and maintained by Baytown. Security is good. Liveaboard friendly. At present, there is no live aboard fee. Marina has a small store with ice and soft drinks. No beer yet. No pool and/or restaurant on site. A good shopping district within 5 minute by car. People are friendly. Including Bob the Harbor Master. Best value for the money in the area. Note: I never saw less than 7 feet entering or inside.

Great facility, concrete floating docks, and excellent bathrooms. The harbor master is a horses ass!

This is a beautiful marina, its all new as of 2012, Floating docks with very wide concrete top, includes a dockbox at each slip, wide finger piers. well protected and not rolly at all. Nice liveaboard spot, lots of stores nearby. Huge showers at marna store lots of hot water and very clean. Very quick access to downtown houston, the big airport and Kemah Clearlake area.
