Reviews for Aurora Landing

Older steel docks. You will feel the barges push you around as they make the bend in the river. The other comments from previous reviews are accurate.

Great access into downtown Aurora, 2012-10-02

We stayed here 1 night the last week in September. It's a lay along steel floating dock with a restaurant and paddlewheel boat (Attaboy) that serves as the restrooms and kitchen. $1 per foot, no power, no water. It is primarily a gas dock and tie up for restaurant customers. It is exposed to barge wakes in a tight bend in the river.
Barnacle Bob's on the River has a full service bar, hamburgers, nachos, hotdogs and pizzas. TV, tables and a bar for seating. Nice folks, nice place to take the dogs up and is right downtown for an easy walk to site see.
