Reviews for Antigua Yacht Club Marina
Super Yacht?, 2017-02-05
Captain: , Charleston, SC (20)

If you are aboard a super yacht, this is likely one of the two best marinas in the area for you. If you are aboard a more modest yacht be aware that this place seems to be for super yachts. The docks are wide and structurally sound. Most are Med moored although side tie is available with additional charges. The marina WiFi does not work (February 2017). The marina heads are barely functional and seldom clean. The door latches do not work much less the locks. The shower light is not working despite letting the dockmaster know days ago.
Water pressure is great. Water costs 15 cents US per gallon. Electricity is 60hz, several voltages available. Electricity costs 68 cents US per KWH with a $30.00 US minimum. There is a $10.00 US per day trash disposal fee every day even if you have no trash.

Restaurants, bars, and stores are close by. Taxis are always available or the bus is close. Customs is a 10 minute walk away at Nelson's Dockyard.

Diesel fuel is available. Pull up to the dock near one of the diesel trolleys that run along the dock. Call on 68 for docking assistance. These docks are not convenient for most cruising boats. Docks are high and don't match up well for fenders. They're set up for med mooring with no cleats. lines have to be tied to chains below the docks. Much better fuel dock is available at Nelson's Slipway in English Harbor. Fuel may also be available at 2 other marinas in Falmout Harbor.
