Reviews for Anclote Village Marina, Inc.
Good Overnighter, 2014-12-19

Stayed one night after completing the bend - skinny water for a 3'8" draft through the entrance channel but once against the dock we had enough to stay off bottom at low tide. Quiet and clean with a restaurant close by.

Easy in Out, 2014-12-17

First marina entering the river. Side tie to fuel dock if just overnight. Friendly staff. Nice restaurant next door. Otherwise, far from town and not much to do.

Staff stayed past closing time to catch our lines, directed us to a little restaurant that stays open late...Miss Vicki's - awesome! Friendly morning crew! Thanks!

Easy in and out. First marina off the gulf onto the river., 2014-05-27

Very convienent! I shaved 45 min off travel time stopping here, next marina is about 35- 45 mins up river. The customer service is by far, some of the best I've seen throughout my travels. They really do bring a whole new meaning to southern charm. Miss Vicki's, the restaurant on the marina property, plays live music almost everyday and the food and drink are fantastic. The fuel is a bit higher than other marinas up river, but the convenience makes it worth it. They are also very accomodating for transient customers and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy.

Stayed for a week, 2013-04-22

We parked the boat here for a week while we were visiting friends in Orlando. Good weekly rate, although the slips are pretty basic and in need of an upgrade (i.e., don't trust the dock cleats, but wrap your dock lines around a piling). The marina is mainly a dry-storage place for motor boats with only a few transient slips. But the staff were very helpful and friendly. It is on the "wrong" side of the river from Tarpon Springs (i.e., too far to walk), but the sponge dock is within range of the dink.

We are regulars here now. Friendly dock workers. Awesome food and Beer at Miss Vickies. Love the place.

These folks didn't answer the vhf call, did not assist in tie up or cast off. Conditioned the Boat US discount on cash purchase. Fuel was considerably more than the last report (at a time when fuel is declining). Left me with a very sour taste for this operation. I have never written a review like this and hope this is the last.
