Reviews for Anclote Isles Marina
Great Marina, 2016-05-05
Captain: , Hernando Beach, FL (184)

I have had my boat here for about 6 months. Excellent access at all tides (I draw 4'9"), and well maintained docks. Rick, the harbor master is a great guy, and the facilities are clean. It's a bit of a hike to town for transients, but a short dinghy ride.

Not for visitors/short stay, 2015-12-03
Captain: , Amsterdam (10)

We stayed for 6 weeks here and were charged a deposit which could only be refunded by check weeks after our departure.
In spite of our specific agreement to deposit in cash and get ik backl upon departure, the marina did not keep it's word.
As we were leaving for Cuba (known to the harbour master) a check was worthless to us.
Can't trust 'm .

great quiet marina, 2015-03-17
Captain: , Paris Landing TN (636)

stayed here 2 days after making the crossing. clean showers but no laundry facilities. had several locals take us to the store, dentist and laundromat. drove us around and showed us the town. nice place. will stay here again on the return trip.

Captain: , Tierra Verde, Florida (20)

Great Marina and staff. Rich, the dock master, was very helpful, the restrooms were neat and clean.
Taking the dinghy up to town is fun, and at the Municipal marina (next to it) we tied up to the floating dock and cruised Tarpon.

Great Marina...Long Channel.., 2011-10-28
Captain: , New Port Richey, Fl. (30)

Great marina and staff! Beautiful docks for an easy rate. Full (hot water) showers in spotless 24 hour access bathrooms! About an hour from marina to the end of the channel (only neg.), very deep inland and protected...which makes it a superb hurricane hole.

Great long term dockage, 2011-09-20
Captain: , St. Augustine, Florida (246)

The marina is low key, not close to much unless you use your dingy or have a car, but great hurricane hole. The staff (dockmaster) are very nice, bathrooms immaculate, security not an issue, only real noise is the shipyard across the lagoon but not really an issue.
Rating is high because of inland location, security and people.

Nice facility, but not as good of a location as City dock., 2010-11-16
Captain: , Stuart, Fl (435)

This is a very nice marina. New docks and showers/bathrooms. Only problem is it is about a mile from the town. Easy bike ride, long walk.
