Reviews for Allan H. Treman State Marine Park
Great location and facilities, 2017-06-06
Captain: , Houston, TX (553)

Excellent location for visiting Ithaca. Great walks around town. Stick to the port (east) side of the channel on the river; we ran aground in the middle of the stream (5'-7" draft), but it is plenty deep closer to the breakwater. The folks at the marina are great.

Great Marina and Environment, 2016-07-04
Captain: , Stuart, FL (40)

This marina is exceptionally well-managed; it's clean, low-key and with great access by bicycle and bus to shopping and other services in nearby Ithaca! Farmers Market on Saturday is a must; Science Center for small kids is great; close to dog run, playgrounds, bicycle trails, and a first rate theatre with active community support. We stayed a week and extended our stay because there is still more to explore. Check out the swimming pool at Robert Treman State Park!

Can handle larger boats, 2016-06-20
Captain: , Greenport, NY (437)

We found this marina to be one of the few in the area that can handle larger boarts (our is a 43 foot). Nice setting an d the other reviews are accurate in describing the marina. We saw water as shallow as 5.8 ft on the way in. The WIFI is very slow and will not allow more than one connection per sign-on so our boart widi was not very useful. The transient docks are to the left upon entering and are perpidicular to the wall with short docks extending out from the wall.

6' entrance!, 2016-06-15
Captain: , Fort Myers (700)

stay to the eastern half of the channel. don't cut the corner. 8-9 ft in channel, 6 ft getting into the marina. easy bike trail access into Ithaca. excellent location.

Quiet, Picuresque, Close to town, 2014-02-26
Captain: , Maryland Heights, MO (314)

We spent two nights her in August 2013. Located in a state park away from the noise of town, but close enough for easy access. Wegman's approximately a mile from the marina, the organic foods coop was a little closer. Very nice facilities.
I don't think they take reservations, and it's sort of a serve yourself process to find an open slip and check in. Self-service pumpout.

One of our favorites, 2012-07-27
Captain: , Grand Island, NY (651)

Beautiful marina located in a state park. Big open green space and bike trails throughout. Easy walk or bike ride to Ithaca, where you will find a Wegmans supermarket and National and Enterpirse rentals. Rent a car and explore the area, waterfalls and wineries abound. Ithaca is an upscale college town with plenty to see and do as well.
